Historical Sources Analysis
Read and Annotate the following: The Mayflower Compact, Letter from Elizabeth Spriggs, "Densely Packed like Herring"
I want FULL ANNOTATIONS for each source
Also, for each source:
Identify when and where it was written (some will be easy, others will take research)
How can we use this as a historical source? In other words, give at least 5 things that we learn from these sources about life at the time. Try to challenge yourself and find something surprising!
Identify 5 potential "Alarm Bells" for each source - what problems do you notice? Try to find a bias in each of the sources to be at least one of your alarm bells
