2nd and 3rd Block - Executive agencies activity. Define the following agencies (for some of them, knowing the letters is not enough! Know what they actually do!): EPA, DEA, FEMA, FAA, CIA, USPS, FDIC, SELECTIVE SERVICE, FDA, CPSC, AMTRAK, FCC, NASA, OSHA, TVA. Then, for each agency, find 2 movies and/or tv shows that demonstrate how the agency is used and then explain how the agency is used in each tv show or movie. Some will be easier than others, so get creative. This is not a test of your movie/tv trivia, the point is to use popular references to help you remember what these agencies do.

Create a visual demonstrating pictures of Rights, Duties and Responsibilities. This can be a poster, a power point, a prezi, etc. Find at least 3 images that demonstrate a Right, at least 3 images that illustrate a Responsibility, and at least 3 images that illustrate a Duty. There should be NO WRITING on the project (with the exception of labels for the 3 categories). 3 correct pictures in each category will get you a 93% - if you want a higher grade, you need to go above and beyond.
